The AMRRP administrator, Southwest Risk Services, provides expert property, casualty and workers' compensation claims service. Southwest Risk maintains relationships with industry experts in the fields of nurse case management and vocational rehabilitation to help facilitate medical care for injured workers and to assist members in arranging for modified work duties and workplace accommodations if necessary. From the initial report of injury throughout an injured employee's treatment, rehabilitation and return to work, AMRRP's workers' compensation program focuses on arranging for prompt, quality care and on treating injured workers with respect and compassion. This approach helps reduce AMRRP members' administrative burdens and controls claim costs.
